  • Landlord Gas Safety Record (CP12): The most common type of domestic certificate. Landlords in the UK are legally required to obtain a CP12 annually for residential properties (like houses, flats, and HMOs) to prove that all gas appliances, flues, and pipework are safe. 
  • Homeowner Gas Safety Record: Similar to the CP12, but provided to private homeowners for peace of mind, appliance servicing, and warranty validation.

Commercial Gas Certificates  STARTING PRICE FROM £50

  • Commercial Gas Installation Safety Report (CP17): A safety report for non-domestic/commercial properties (e.g., offices, retail shops, warehouses) confirming that the pipework and appliances meet safety requirements. 
  • Commercial Catering Gas Safety Certificate (CP42): Specifically designed for commercial kitchens and catering establishments. It covers appliances like commercial cookers, ovens, and deep fryers. 
  • Commercial Heating Boiler Certificate (CP15): Focuses strictly on commercial heating boilers and larger systems. 
  • Commercial Gas Test and Purge Certificate (CP16): Issued after pipework installations or maintenance to ensure there are no leaks and that the systems meet safety thresholds. 
  • Mobile Catering Gas Certificate (CP44): Applies to food businesses operating out of vehicles, trailers, or boats that run on LPG bottles.
